The oldest company in the group, opened for business in Gauteng in 1982.

The core business is the manufacture and installation of precast reinforced hollow-core concrete slabs for mostly residential multi-storey buildings.

The "Echo Floors" flooring solution is used by developers and contractors as well as home owners wanting to extend an existing home or build a completely new home. About 80% of Echo's business is based in Gauteng and the balance in areas out of town eg. Ellisras, Middelburg, Witbank, Secunda, Potchefstroom, Rustenburg, Klerksdorp and many other developing areas. Echo floors are highly competitive in area's further than 80km from the Muldersdrift factory.
